What is IBO Player?

Step 1: Install IBO Player on Your Device

Samsung & LG Smart TV

  1. Open the app store on your Smart TV (Samsung App Store or LG Content Store).
  2. Search for "IBO Player".

  4. Launch IBO Player and note your Device ID and Device Key.

Android Phones & Tablets

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
  2. Search for "IBO Player".
  3. Tap Install and wait for the download to complete.
  4. Open the app and note your Device ID and Device Key.

iOS (iPhone & iPad)

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Search for "IBO Player".
  3. Tap Get to download and install the app.
  4. Open IBO Player and note your Device ID and Device Key.

Windows PC

  1. Open the Microsoft Store on your Windows PC.
  2. Search for "IBO Player".
  3. Click Install to download the application.
  4. Launch the app and note your Device ID and Device Key.

macOS

  1. Open the Mac App Store.
  2. Search for "IBO Player".
  3. Click Get to download and install.
  4. Open the app and note your Device ID and Device Key.

Step 2: Activate Your IBO Player

  1. Visit the IBO Player activation website: iboplayerapp.com
  2. Enter the Device ID and Device Key shown on your IBO Player app.
  3. Add your IPTV playlist using one of these methods:
    • M3U URL: Paste the M3U link provided in your ZenaTV subscription email.
    • Xtream Codes: Enter the server URL, username, and password from your subscription details.
  4. Click Save and restart the IBO Player app on your device.
  5. Your channels and VOD content will now load automatically.

Step 3: Enjoy Your IPTV

Once activated, you can browse through all your live channels, movies, and TV series. Use the built-in EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) to see what is on each channel, add favourites, and search for specific content.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Channels not loading: Check your internet connection. We recommend a minimum of 25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps for 4K streaming.
  • Buffering issues: Try restarting your router and clearing the app cache. Using a wired Ethernet connection often provides better stability than Wi-Fi.
  • App not found in store: Make sure your device region is set correctly. IBO Player is available in all major app stores worldwide.
